Wingy child safety standards

Updated 7 September 2026

These standards apply to the Wingy mobile app and the Wingy team operating meetwingy.com. Wingy is for adults aged 18 and over.

Zero tolerance for child abuse and exploitation

Wingy prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking and attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor. This includes AI-generated material. Do not upload, request, create, promote or distribute this content, or import conversations involving children.

Report a concern

In the app, press and hold a Wingy reply, choose Report, select a category and submit. For other concerns, including suspected underage use, contact hey@meetwingy.com with the subject “Wingy child safety concern”. Include the report reference if available. Do not attach or forward suspected illegal images or videos.

How reports are handled

The Wingy team reviews child-safety concerns, restricts access to identified prohibited content and takes action against accounts involved, including removal or suspension. We preserve only the information needed for safety and legal obligations, restrict access to authorized personnel, and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional authority or NCMEC as applicable. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Child safety contact

The Wingy team can be reached at hey@meetwingy.com for child-safety reports and questions about these standards. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
