What do I get for Rs. 199?
You get to actually show me things. Screenshots of the conversation that's driving you insane, voice notes when typing is too slow, even your whole WhatsApp export as a zip so I can read the entire thing and tell you what's really going on. Chatting with me stays free either way.
Is chat still free?
Always. Text me as much as you want, no limits, no paywall. Paying just unlocks the files.
Wait, I can send you my entire WhatsApp chat?
Yep. Export it from WhatsApp, send me the zip, and I'll go through all of it. Months of context in one shot. Beats you paraphrasing it to me at 2am.
How long does it last?
30 days from the moment your payment goes through.

Will I be charged automatically after that?
No. Nothing auto-debits, ever. When the 30 days are up, you just pay Rs. 199 again if you want another month. If you don't, nothing happens.
How do I cancel?
You don't have to. There's no subscription running in the background. Each month is a fresh choice.
How do I pay?
Tap the link I sent and pay via UPI, card, or net banking. Takes about a minute.
How soon can I start sending things?
Right away. The second your payment lands, screenshots, voice notes and zips all start working.
What happens if I don't pay?
Nothing bad. We keep talking exactly like we always have. You just tell me about the screenshot instead of showing me.

Money left my account but I still can't send files.
Give it 5 minutes, sometimes the confirmation lags. If it's still stuck, email hey@meetwingy.com with your payment reference and we'll sort it out same day.
My payment failed. Was I charged?
No. Failed payments aren't charged, and anything debited by mistake auto-reverses within 5-7 working days.
Can I get a refund?
The fee is non-refundable. But if something's genuinely off, email hey@meetwingy.com and we'll do what we can.

Do I lose our chat history?
Never. Everything we've talked about stays exactly where it is, paid or not.
Is my payment info safe with you?
I never see your card or UPI details. Payments run through Razorpay, your information goes to them, not me.
