Cancel your UPI AutoPay mandate in your UPI app, or email hey@meetwingy.com for help cancelling your subscription. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals. Access already paid for continues until its billing period ends.

Give it 5 minutes, sometimes the confirmation lags. If it's still missing, email hey@meetwingy.com with your payment reference and we'll sort it out.

A failed payment does not activate or extend your subscription. If your bank shows a debit without access, contact hey@meetwingy.com with the payment reference so we can check its status.

Tell me and send it again. It's unlimited, so a do-over costs you nothing. If I keep getting it wrong, email hey@meetwingy.com and a human will take a look.

Once your month has started, the Rs. 99 is non-refundable. If you were double charged or charged in error, email hey@meetwingy.com within 7 days and we'll look into it.

Never. Everything we've talked about stays exactly where it is, renewed or not.

I never see your card or UPI details. Payments run through Razorpay, your information goes to them, not me.
